Flashback....

Remember the time?

I was cleaning and organiging the music and thought..what happened to "The King of Pop" - the brother of mybabymama. Hit, hits hits...Mike was the shiznit but MJ's last top 10 was "You rock my world" in 2001.

Seeing this photo made me think that there is no way his gloved one will be in the presence of the POTUS anytime soon.

I am going to make a greatest hits mixed tape of the way it used to be.

UPDATE: I am flashing back to this day. Michael Jackson was coming to D.C. (one of my loyal bloggies won't relate because she is too young) My friends and I were on the way to the school of the arts by Metro (bus, not subway because Georgetown was then and now making it hard for the riff raff to get to the "good" part of town but I digress).

We were each playing the thriller CASSETTE on our walkman...debating whether or not to skip school to try and get a glimpse of the king of pop. That was a great time - MJ was in the news EVERYDAY and of course I was looking for another relative... :-) She did come to the school a few months later...the girls were falling out and screaming for JJ to give MJ their phone numbers...lol ...children.
