It is hard NOT to feel the excitment in this city called The Distict of Columbia for what is the biggest and best inaugural weekend ever. The world is watching. Seeing the excitement not only throughout my generation but the eyes of my folks and their friends as well as the eyes of the children ( who know all about the new first family.). The city is filled with out-of-state tags, cabs have gone from single rides to being rented by the hour, buses are being re routed around the parade route, celebs sitings and rumored sitings ( Angelina?? and Madonna?) and I wont even mention the single digit wind chill.Saturday, January 17, 2009
