Since I am trying to maintain my swimmer's build I only treat myself (foodwise) a few times a month. Oreos (double stuffed) and corned beef hash.This economy has hit us a few blows but I have ignored a few changes.
Gas - I have been homebound for 4 months, so not an issue.
Milk- Unless I have Cap'tain Crunch I can do without it.
Snickers - the increase was a good thing-but I still sneak a few in.
Oreos has pretty much stayed the same - but catch them 2 for $5 and it on.
As I was shopping today and grabbed for my Libby's brand corned beef hash I was SHOCKED!
For decades the price has ranged from $2 - $2.49. Today..((GASP)) $3.69....$3.69 for one can of corned beef hash. OUCH!! OUCH!! OUCH!!
